1. Product and unofficial status
The product is a Windows desktop application called “WoG Auto Combine Helper.” Based on the user's settings, it repeats registration, category switching, and combine actions in an already-open [WoG] War of Genesis: Idle Loot game interface. It is an unofficial, player-made product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Steam or the game's developer or publisher.
The Helper does not ask for a Steam password, and the seller does not represent that the game operator permits automation tools. Buyers should review the game and platform rules. The versions, system requirements, operating mode, and limitations shown on the product and checkout pages form part of the contract.
2. Price, payment, and contract formation
The actual seller, total price in New Taiwan dollars, payment method, and any legally required charges will be shown clearly before payment. Checkout must remain unavailable until these disclosures are complete. This is a digital product with no physical shipping or delivery charge.
This page can be read and saved in full before payment. A buyer may leave checkout, take a reasonable period to review all terms, and return later; checkout will not require the buyer to waive a statutory review right.
The contract is formed when the buyer confirms the order, accepts these terms and the privacy notice, separately consents to immediate digital delivery, and the payment provider confirms a successful payment. No license is issued for a failed, cancelled, or unverified payment.
3. Digital delivery
After payment is verified, the system creates the license immediately, displays the activation code and download link on a secure delivery page, and sends delivery information to the order email as a backup. The secure page and download link may have short security time limits. Expiry of a link does not mean the purchased license is permanently lost; the buyer can contact support using the order email for identity verification.
The buyer must provide an accurate order email, keep the activation code private, and not publish, forward, or share one license across multiple computers. If delivery does not arrive after a successful payment, use the support channel shown at checkout or on the receipt instead of paying again.
4. One-time-purchase perpetual license
Each eligible order includes one perpetual license for one Windows installation identifier. The first successful activation binds the license to that identifier. “Perpetual” means that the license itself has no fixed expiry date; it is not a subscription.
A perpetual license does not guarantee compatibility with every future Windows, Steam, or game version, and it is not a promise of perpetual feature updates, individual technical support, or any particular in-game result. Internet access is required for initial activation and necessary later license validation. Nothing in this paragraph limits non-waivable statutory rights or remedies for defective or non-conforming performance.
5. Reinstallation, replacement computer, and reset
If reinstalling Windows, replacing a computer, or changing the installation identifier prevents use, the buyer may request a manual reset through support using the order email. Support may ask for non-sensitive information sufficient to match the original order, but will never ask for a Steam password, full card number, or card security code.
A completed reset issues a new activation code and invalidates the previous code, device binding, existing license sessions, and old download link. A reset does not create a second license and does not permit concurrent use by multiple people or computers.
6. Combine-operation risks and pre-use checks
The application operates calibrated game-interface buttons and may consume or alter in-game items. Users should lock or move any items they do not want combined, keep the game window and display settings consistent with the product description, and run one test cycle before longer use. Windows sleep or lock, display changes, game updates, pop-ups, and network interruptions may pause automation or move it away from the expected target.
The product does not guarantee that a game account will be unaffected by platform rules, game changes, or third-party conduct, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted operation, indefinite compatibility, or a specific return. This risk disclosure does not waive any liability the seller cannot legally exclude.
7. Seven-day cancellation right and the digital-content exception
This product is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. It is delivered immediately only after checkout clearly discloses the consequence and the buyer separately and expressly consents to supply beginning as soon as payment is confirmed. Where the legal requirements are met, the seven-day cancellation right under Article 19(1) of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act does not apply. A purchase cannot be completed without this separate consent.
This exception concerns the statutory seven-day, no-reason cancellation right; it is not a blanket “no refunds” rule. Failed delivery, duplicate charges, material non-conformity with the sales page, legally recognized defects, and other statutory grounds may still entitle a buyer to repair, redelivery, refund, or another legal remedy. See the Taiwan Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee's official explanation of the digital-content exception.
8. Support, complaints, and disputes
The actual seller and a promptly reachable support contact will be shown before live checkout and in the order record. When requesting help, provide the order number and order email. Never post an activation code, payment evidence, full card number, or account information in a public message.
The parties will first try to resolve a dispute using the transaction record and applicable law. A consumer may also contact the competent local consumer-service centre or use the Executive Yuan Consumer Protection Committee's online complaint system. Taiwan law governs these terms without excluding any mandatory consumer protection or legally available venue.
9. Personal data and versioned terms
Personal data needed for ordering, payment verification, delivery, activation, and reset is handled as described in the Payment and Licensing Privacy Notice. Each order records the version of the terms the buyer actually accepted and the time of consent.
A later version will not unilaterally rewrite an existing order. A revised version generally applies to new orders after the revision. If an existing buyer's express agreement is required because of law, security, or functional changes, the buyer will first receive clear notice. Any ambiguity is interpreted in the consumer's favour as required by applicable law.
